Bio:
Once a former champion, Lu Bu was soundly defeated at the hands of Asura in the Holy Tournament, which sent shockwaves throughout the fighting world. Since that time, Lu Bu has intensified his training and sparring sessions, almost to the point where his sparring partners are destroyed in 5 moves or less. As the 2nd Holy Tournament nears, Lu Bu sets his sights on avenging his loss to Asura.

• Intro Sequence: Lu Bu rips a man in half and tosses the corpse over his head as he makes his way towards the battlefield. He then growls "Provide me a decent challenge before I kill you!" 
 
• Victory Sequence: Lu Bu crosses his arms and laughs followed by stomping on the sternum of his opponent, crushing it. Lu Bu then yells "I will not be defeated again!"

Arcade Mode:

Intro: 

(We open on a wide shot of Lu Bu's mansion as we hear the ground shake as Lu Bu yells in anger)

Lu Bu: No! No! No! How could I lose?! How could I have been defeated?!

(We then see Lu Bu inside his mansion, with most of his belongings and trophies destroyed.)

Lu Bu: Never have I been so humiliated in my life! That…that bastard Asura bested me, and I will rip more than his head off! 

(We then have a montage of Lu Bu intensely training and viciously ripping his sparring partners apart as Tantric's "Down and Out" plays in the background.) 

Lu Bu: Ever since losing in that tournament, I have worked myself to the point that not can I kill a man with my power, but just by a few hits! 

(We then have an extreme close up of Lu Bu's eyes.)

Lu Bu: Mark my words, no one will be safe from what I will do to them. All will fear Lu Bu! 

Stage 3 Rival: James Vega

(Scene takes place in Mexico City, new Zocalo, James Vega is seen lifting weights in public until Lu Bu interrupts him.) 

Lu Bu: You call that lifting weights? Let me show you how it's really done! 

(Lu Bu lifts the entire weight rack, hoisting it over his head and slamming it back to the ground.) 

James: And you think that makes you better than me, cabron? Let's see how good you can fight. 

Interlude:

(James Vega is rendered unconscious as Lu Bu roars in victory.)
Lu Bu: That is what true strength is all about! And besides, wrestling is fake, just like your muscles!

(Lu Bu saunters away, as the Mexico City crowd watched an awe and in fear.) 

Stage 6 Rival: Samanosuke Akechi

(Scene takes place in Yokohama, in the Cosmo World amusement park. Lu Bu seems to be enjoying his day, eating an ice cream cone, when Samanosuke steps out in front of him.)

Samanosuke: Lu Bu, I have a warrant for your arrest! 

Lu Bu: What is the meaning of this? 

Samanosuke: You are wanted for murdering people that you engaged in several street fights, and you're coming with me. 

Lu Bu: You'll have to beat me first to do that! 

Interlude:

(Samanosuke is unconscious and face down. Lu Bu grabs Samanosuke's handcuffs and starts cuffing his wrists to his ankles.) 

Lu Bu: That ought to teach not pursue me! 

(Just as Lu Bu was about to leave, he turns back to Samanosuke, and stomps on his head, followed by an X-Ray of Samanosuke's cranium shattering from the impact. Lu Bu chuckles as he walks away.) 

Stage 9 Rival: Asura

(Scene takes place inside an elaborate buddhist temple hall, with some ruins left behind from the first tournament as the large statue placed behind a throne as a few cracked pieces, and a mysterious priest wearing a golden mask sits in the altar. The place is lit with two large candles near the altar, and some lanterns hanging off the ceiling, and a gong. We see Chris arriving, being greeted by the priest.)

Priest: So nice of you to make it this fa--

Lu Bu: Shut the fuck up, and give me my opponent now! 

Priest:…If you wish.

(The sound of the gong echoes throughout the hall as we see Asura entering the temple, as he glared at Lu Bu.) 

Lu Bu: You son of a bitch! I will rip every single last ligament in your body until you are dead! 

Asura: Save your breath, Lu Bu! I've beaten you once, but this time, you'll be in a hospital forever! 

Final Boss: Chakravartin

(After defeating Asura, Lu Bu believes that he has won, and is free to go, but the mysterious priest rises from his throne.)
Priest: Incredible, you have defeated the reigning champion. Now you have reclaimed your priz--

Lu Bu: I thought I told you to shut the fuck up! Just give me what I've won now! 

Priest: I was going to give you the prize and send you on your way, but now you shall face me. 

(The priest takes off his mask, revealing himself to be Chakravartin, or a reincarnated being of Chakravartin. The temple halls transforms into Event Horizon, a realm of time and space created by Chakravartin to replicate any place on Earth.)

Lu Bu: What is this place, Chakravartin? 

Chakravrtin: I have created this realm where only the strongest of fighters will battle me. Welcome to Event Horizon. I see you have become much stronger than the last time I've seen you compete in my tournament. But now, I seek to regain what was lost from me. You must not succeed. 

Lu Bu: You will not deny me of my dominance!

Ending: 

(Having defeated Chakravartin, Lu Bu towers over a bloody and bruised Chakravartin, who extends one of his arms to be helped up, but Lu Bu rips one of his arms as Chakravartin yelled in pain.)

Lu Bu: I warned you not to deny of my dominance, but instead you've got in my way like the rest! Now you die! 

(Lu Bu continues ripping all of  Chakravartin's arms while beating his face relentlessly before it is caved in. Lu Bu then lets out a huge roar, shaking Event Horizon to its core, forming a new world. Lu Bu looked at this new inhabitant as mountains, waterfalls, jungles, forests, deserts, oceans, icebergs, and open plains formed.) 

Lu Bu: Now that Chakravartin is no more, I shall reign over this new world as its god. All who dare oppose me, shall feel worse than death...

(The screen cuts to black and we then see the text "WRATH OF THE GODS 2" appear as Linkin Park's "Nobody's Listening" is playing as the credits roll, showing highlights of Lu Bu's matches.)
