Spend some time working on posing. Just by looking at Leifang I can see you haven't even posed her legs. That is the standard T Pose for the model. her legs should be standing straight.

Look at posing images, how does the human body move. Her arm bending like that looks painful.

So really spend a good amount of time working on that.
