Lord of the Underground 2: Asha Kali

Asha Kali is one of the most deadliest assassins from the mysterious syndicate called "Children of Indra." An expert in stealth, she is a silent killer who leaves her trademark by leaving the mark of Kali on her victim's tongues. She is called upon by the syndicate's leader to enter the Lord of the Underground tournament, and assassinate the man known as Osiris. 

GAMEPLAY INFO:

Kali Whip: Asha whips the opponent twice with her lash.

Handstand Fury: Asha furiously kicks her opponents while doing a handstand

Kali Knives: She throws retractable knives with can drain the opponent's health. 

Fire Wheel Kick: She performs a back handstand flip as she emits fire and kicks the opponent.

X-Ray Move:

Kali's Rage: Asha throws her retractable knives at her opponent and pulls them towards her as she jumps at them and knees them in the face, breaking every bone. While using her retractable knives, she flips over her opponent, launching them in the air and causing them to land on the back of their skull and neck. 

Fatal Blow:

Kali's Seduction: Asha wraps her whip across the neck of her opponent. As the opponent struggles to free his or herself, Asha seductively licks her opponent, followed by pulling back and cracking their neck and ripping off their head.

Kali Torment: Kali takes out her knives and spins at her opponent, deeply cutting the opponent's abdomen and finally stabbing them in the throat.

Intro Sequence: We see Asha walking seductively as the camera rises and we see Asha at eye level. She stops walking and says "I will send you to Kali herself!"as she gets into her fighting stance.

Outro Sequence: Asha crotches down towards her opponent. She then whispers, "Prepare to meet Kali." followed by licking her opponent. Asha seductively walks off screen, and in the next scene, we see her standing on the roof of a temple overlooking the city at night.

ARCADE MODE:

Intro:

(We open on the skyline of New Delhi at night. We then follow Asha as she runs from rooftop to rooftop as Timbaland and Magoo's Indian Flute plays in the background.)

Asha (v/o): This is New Delhi, India. Beautiful, is it not? It is a bustling city where even the slightest notion goes undetected. That is where I come in. My name is Asha Kali, and I am an assassin for the syndicate, Children of Indra. 

(Asha stops running on the rooftops and notices a man stopped in his tracks by a dead end.)

Asha (v/o): The Children of Indra's goal is to take down any politicians or solicitors who dare place themselves above Lord Indra. 

Man: Oh, god. What do I do now? I hope she's not here…

(The man looks up and sees Asha standing on the ledge of a rooftop. Asha pulls out her knives, jumps from the ledge, and viciously stabs the man to death.)

Man: Dear god, no! 

(Asha wipes the blood from her knives as she receives a call from the syndicate leader, Lord Indra.)

Asha: That takes care of you..Hello, Lord Indra. 

Indra (voiced by Clancy Brown): Asha, return back to headquarters immediately! There's something I want to give you. 

Asha: On it. 

(We then see Asha inside the syndicate's headquarters as she is greeted by Lord Indra, a physically fit man in his late 50s and early 60s with long white hair and a long white beard, wearing beige robes.)

Asha: Lord Indra, what is it that you wanted to give me?

Indra: I bestow upon you an invitation to an underground tournament in America. 

Asha: A tournament? 

Indra: Yes, seeing as you are one of my most skilled assassins, you will be given the task to compete in my place. 

Asha: Thank you, Lord Indra. 

Indra: You're welcome. Also, I want you to find the man known as Osiris. He must be taken care of. 

Asha: Yes, my lord. 

Asha (v/o): I shall take care of this Osiris for the Children of Indra. 

Stage 4 Rival: Alexandra Stevenson

(Scene takes place in Quantico Marine Base Camp. Asha takes down several soldiers and is fleeing from the area, until she is stopped by an electrical bullet whizzing past her. We then see Alexandra brandishing her gun at Asha.)

Alexandra: Stop right where you are!

Asha: Alexandra, what a pleasant surprise to see you again…I would've thought you and that CIA operative were dead after I stopped you from attacking that North Korean soldier. 

Alexandra: Well, you didn't do a good job of either. Put your hands up and go quietly now! 

Asha: I rather not. 

Alexandra: Last chance! 

(Asha laughs. Alexandra fires rounds of bullets at Asha, who dodges them gracefully and acrobatically.)

Asha: I believe that last chance belongs to you now. 

Cutscene: 

Alexandra: You…bitch! 

Asha: It is such a shame that you will have to die…for real, this time. Prepare to meet Kali, Alexandra Stevenson. 

(Asha is about to stab Alexandra, when two bullets knock the knives out of her hands. We then see that Ryan Andrews fired the bullets as he points his gun at Asha.)

Ryan: She won't be meeting anybody today. 

Asha: Nice to see you too, Mr. Andrews. 

Ryan: Get the hell out of here now! 

Asha: I was just going to do so. Too bad I'll have to schedule when I will have to kill the both of you later. 

(Asha leaves as Ryan tends to Alexandra.)

Rival Fight: Lucas Parker

(Scene takes place in Osiris' Underground Arena and Casino. The DJ announces the next fight.)

DJ: Okay everyone, we got ourselves an interesting fight. It's the assassin from India, Asha Kali, taking on wheeling and dealing gambling karate champion, Lucas Parker! 

Asha: A gambler, huh? I hope you are not betting on yourself to win here. 

Lucas: Lady, I have nothing to lose, especially against someone wearing a blue catsuit. 

Asha: Appearances may be deceiving, but there is more that meets the eye. 

Final Boss: Osiris

(After defeating Lucas, Asha is declared the winner.)

Asha: I would tell you to go meet Kali, but you losing to me is enough punishment.

(Asha is then approached by Osiris' secretary, a slender African American female wearing a business suit and shades.)

Secretary: Ms. Kali…?

Asha: Yes?

Secretary: He's ready to see you. 

(We then see Asha entering Osiris' office, which is now a square office with stylish blue and black interior, a liquor bar, pool table, and a new view of the New York Skyline in the background. The room is now dimly lit, but the desk where Osiris sits at is still dark, concealing him. Osiris puffs smoke before talking.)

Osiris: I see you've made it this far into the tournament. 

Asha: That I have. 

Osiris: I see Lord Indra sent his best assassin to do the job. 

Asha: He only sends the best. 

Osiris: So I guess you've come here to assassinate me, right? 

Asha: It's my job. 

Osiris: Newsflash for you...

(Osiris emerges from the darkness, cigar in hand.)

Osiris: You're the one that's gonna end up being assassinated.

Asha: How can you be so sure that you will get rid of me so easily?

Osiris: I could have my men kill you, but if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself.

(Osiris gets up from his seat, pushing his desk aside. He cracks his knuckles, preparing to fight.)

Osiris: Business time starts now!

Ending:

(After killing Osiris, Asha makes a call to Indra.)

Asha: It is done.

Indra (v/o): Good. Return back to headquarters immediately. 

(We then see Asha being congratulated by Indra in his quarters.)

Indra: I see Osiris put up much of a fight against you. If less than that. 

Asha: I made sure he was able to draw his last gasp before I rendered him dead. 

Indra: Now that Osiris is out of the way, The Children of Indra will now run the underworld, and everything in it. All will bow to their new gods! 

(We now see Asha standing on the rooftop of a building overlooking the city, and sees two traffickers smuggling idols into a van.)

Trafficker #1: Did you hear that Osiris no longer runs the underworld?

Trafficker #2: I know, word gets out faster these days, and so does the low lives dying

Trafficker #1: What low lives. 

Trafficker #2: Word has it that a group of assassins now run the underworld. 

Trafficker #1: Assassins? That's stupid.

Asha: Is it? 

(The traffickers turn and sees Asha in front of them. Frightened, the traffickers panic as they try to draw their guns, only to be killed by Asha's retractable throwing knives as the screen turns to black, hearing the traffickers scream. We then see the logo for Lord of the Underground 2 as Lord of the Underground's Chief Rocka (Jazzy Underground Remix) plays in the background. The credits roll as we see the characters in their stages.)
